Criminal IP offers various payment methods depending on the country. Credit card payment is available as the basic method, and simple payment methods such as PayPal are also supported. For Enterprise customers, you can Contact us to choose a separate payment option.
If you paid with a credit card, you can change the payment method to a different card. However, if you paid with other methods such as PayPal, you cannot change to a different payment method. As for plans, you can change once a month regardless of your payment method. The change can easily be made by logging into Criminal IP and going to the My Orders section.
You can cancel your plan anytime by logging into Criminal IP and going to the My Orders section. Even if you cancel your plan, you can still use the service until the next billing date. Yes. Customers who have created an account and have not made a plan payment will automatically use the Free Membership plan. The Free Membership plan provides a small number of credits, which allows you to use the various functions of Criminal IP. When these credits are depleted, you can always upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans provide more search criteria and results.
Credits are divided into two main categories: 'Asset Search credits' and 'Domain Search credits'. Asset Search credits are further divided into IP Lookup credits and Search Query Results credits, while Domain Search credits are divided into URL Scan/Lookup credits and Search Query Results credits. For more detailed information about credits, please refer to the Credits section.
Criminal IP ASM is a threat detection attack surface management solution based on the intelligence of Criminal IP. If you use a Pro plan among the paid plans of Criminal IP, you can use Criminal IP ASM to manually detect your assets.
